The first conversation

I need to see the work as it actually happens.

You do not need a finished proposal. One real example is usually more useful than a slide deck: a request that was handled, the steps the team follows, where data moves and the moment someone has to stop, ask or check again.

From there, we identify whether the problem sits in the workflow, data, decision rights or tooling. If software should not be built yet, or automation would be premature, I will say so. Reaching that clarity is already a useful outcome.

  1. 01One example of work that is being or has been handled
  2. 02A person who understands the process and can decide
  3. 03The point where the team waits, repeats work or loses control
  4. 04A signal that would show the situation has improved

How I participate

From a real problem to an operable product.

I participate as a product builder. When the scope needs a full team, I work with ZiniSoft to design, build and put the system into operation.

01

Clarify the problem

Map the current workflow, exceptions, data and decision owner before discussing a solution.

02

Define the product

Turn the problem into a scope small enough to build, verify and place in front of real users.

03

Build and operate

Release in steps, observe how the system is used and keep adjusting after it enters real operations.

Working fit

Not every problem needs more software or AI.

We may be a good fit if

  • You have a real workflow and someone who understands it well enough to clarify it with us.
  • The team is willing to review how the work is done, not only replace a tool.
  • We can agree on evidence that will be used to check the result.

It may be too early if

  • The goal is simply to put AI into a product without a defined problem.
  • No one owns the process or the final decision.
  • The expectation is full autonomy without boundaries or a way to inspect the result.

If you are unsure where your problem belongs, send me a short description of the workflow and what is costing the team time. We can start there.
